  • Yognagri Adventure is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

3. Payments & Pricing

  • Prices may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to fuel price changes.

  • Full payment must be completed before or at the time of service, depending on the package booked.

  • Payments can be made through cash, bank transfer, UPI, or any method we specify.

  • Any additional expenses such as parking fees, tolls, entry tickets, or additional mileage charges must be borne by the customer (unless included in the package).

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation policies vary by service type (car rental, tour packages, adventure bookings).

  • Refund eligibility depends on how early the cancellation request is received.

  • In case of last-minute cancellations, no-shows, or delay by the customer, Yognagri reserves the right to withhold part or all of the payment.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within the specified time frame.

5. Car Rental Terms

  • Customers must respect the vehicle and are responsible for any intentional damage caused during the rental period.

  • The driver has the right to refuse travel to unsafe or restricted areas.

6. Travel & Adventure Tours

  • All adventure activities (rafting, trekking, camping, etc.) are subject to weather conditions and safety checks.

  • Yognagri Adventure is not liable for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings during tours.

  • Customers must follow instructions given by guides, drivers, or adventure experts at all times.

  • Any expenses due to delays caused by weather, roadblocks, or natural events must be borne by the customer.

7. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information for bookings.

  • Ensure timely arrival for pickups.

  • Carry valid identification documents.

  • Follow safety rules and instructions given by staff.

  • Respect local laws, culture, and nature during the trip.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Yognagri Adventure Tour & Travel is not responsible for:

    • Delays due to traffic, weather, or road conditions

    • Loss or theft of personal items

    • Medical emergencies

    • Third-party service failures (such as hotels, transport services, or adventure operators)
